The Role of an Administrator

Are you looking for a new challenge for 2023?

Our client who champion employee progression has the opportunity for an Administrator with a strong Environmental background to join their team. The Administrator will work alongside the Environmental, Health and Safety team and will support with general EHS administrative activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with an environmental bias.

Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:

* Manage the incident investigations and ensure actions have been closed, recorded and signed off

* Developing and deliver the relevant EHS information and training

* Coordinate internal audits / inspections

* Reviewing data/data entry

* Promote safe behaviours and influence a positive safety culture

The Candidate
The successfully appointed HR Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:

* Excellent planning and organisation skills.

* Experience with document control and management systems

* Strong communication skills.

* Excellent IT skills for all Microsoft office packages.

* Experience and knowledge of working within the EHS field

* Desirable – Will hold or currently working towards an Environmental Health and Safety qualification: – NEBOSH Environmental Certificate, IEMA Certificate, NEBOSH National General Certificate, IOSH, British Safety Council or equivalent

The Package

* Hourly pay rate £13.00 to £13.50 per hour.

* Working hours Monday to Friday – 8am to 4pm (with a 30-minute lunch break).
