Assistant Manager – Outdoor Retailer – Alpkit
Salary – Circa £22’000 to £25’000 plus excellent benefits scheme
We are searching for an Assistant Manager who lives and breathes the outdoor lifestyle…knowledge through experience is key for the customer journey.
We are supporting Alpkit to search for an Assistant Manager for their Inverness Store.
This is perfect for a natural leader who is ambitious to grow within an organisation that has an outstanding reputation for customer experience. We are happy to speak with passionate retailers or hospitality managers that love the outdoors…whether that is cycling, climbing, bouldering, hiking or even a spot of wild camping!
You will have strong commerciality to drive customer experience, product, team success and store turnover. This is Alpkit’s first store to open in the Southwest and will be a gateway for the South Wales and Southwest customers. A very exciting time for the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor from either Retail, Hospitality or the Outdoor Industries.

High degree of commercial awareness.
