We have a vacancy for Business Development Executive starting mid January 2023 – exact date to be confirmed on interview.

ROLE:

We are offering an enthusiastic, hard-working individual the opportunity to join the business as a Sales Representative.

To provide first class customer service, to support the sales team in winning business and ensure that orders are processed and planned within the required delivery date.

This is a key role with the important aim being to increase sales by expanding sales to current and previous customers.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Building robust relationships with clients

· You will report directly to the Managing Director and will be expected to work closely with other members of staff including (but not limited to) the Head of Operation, the Customer Service Manager and the Head of Finance.

· A people person who can form trusted relationship with customers

· A self starter and doer. With a track record of delivering and driving results. You will need to drive your own diary and make sure that your own time is well utilised

· Make creative recommendations to help the business improve its offerings to customers

· Highly organised and ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment

· Decision focused

· A team player who can work with the other team members to ensure that the best service possible is provided to all our customers

1. Extract information from customers to compile accurate quotations.

2. Correspond with the customer on queries/feedback.

3. Liaise with the Technical team on any technical queries.

4. Correspond with the customer on commercial issues such as costing.

5. Liaising with customers regarding delivery dates and progressing orders

Any other office duties required:

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Promote Effective communication through all departments.

2. Quotation chasing to win business

3. To act as an ambassador for the company promoting its culture and goals.

4. Undertake such duties that your direct or indirect Senior Manager may request.

DESIRABLE:

– Good PC knowledge, Word/Excel knowledge

– Customer service experience

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

– Ability to work on own initiative

– Previous experience in similar role

– Excellent communication skills

Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm, £22,000- £24,000 per annum depending on experience
