The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients.

The Job

Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with new prospective clients
Promote the company's products/services assessing or predicting client objectives
Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support
Manage the companies CRM system daily and input accurate detailed information
Build long term relationships with new and existing clients
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

The Candidate

Proven working experience as Business Development Manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record – ideally in building, civils or construction
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Market Knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
