* Working pattern of Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities within your new role

In your new role as Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for creating, amending, upgrading and downgrading contracts, along with ensuring contracts are sent out in a timely manner. You will liaise with internal and external customers and manage day-to-day customer enquiries and issues via telephone and email. It will be your duty to manage sales invoices and you will work on your own initiative to manage your workload and prioritise tasks while following all correct procedures.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The successful candidate will have excellent administration experience and be able to operate with accuracy and strong attention to detail. Be able to work well independently on their own initiative but also be able to work well within a team and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to prioritise workload effectively using excellent time management and organisational skills as well as being able to work to deadlines is key. You will be IT proficient, ideally with Microsoft Packages specifically Word, Excel and Outlook, and be willing and able to learn and adapt to using new software as required.
