VACANCY – CUSTOMER CARE ADMINISTRATOR
SALARY – £(Apply online only)
HOURS – Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday early finish at 4.30pm

LOCATION – On the outskirts of Drumchapel
Long established and very successful Construction company are once again expanding withe the addition of a new Customer Care Administrator to join their large and very busy commercial team.
Reporting to the Head of Quality, this role will involve total focus on the customer service to a large portfolio of clients.
You will be tasked with the following list of duties:
Handling all incoming enquirers, questions and queries by telephone and email.
As your clients are usually very large organisations, all enquiries that you will handle tend to come in fro their internal customer service teams – to you the supplier.
You will then liaise with each relevant department on resolving the problems, issues and requests, depending on the nature of each query, as there could be one of many departments involved in each query – YOU are the glue ghat holds all communication between the internal departments you need to resolve the issues and your customers OWN customer service teams – you will be the central point of contact.
You will also log all queries and requests and report any major issues to Head Of Quality if you feel things are not being resolved quickly enough.
You will liaise internally with the Department that handles the programme of works for each client in order to "make things happen" and again log all updates on the system.
As well as this you will have full access to your clients internal portals where all info must also be logged.
Ideally you will be proficient in Microsoft Excel – all other systems can be taught.
A background in Customer care AND Administration IS ESSENTIAL.
A background in the Construction industry might be an advantage but is NOT essential.
