Titan are currently assisting our client, a global drinks manufacturer with their search for a Customer Logistics Administrator. This is a new position created due to business growth and offers fantastic career progression.

The ideal candidate will come from a drinks industry background with import / export and logistics administration experience.

Responsibilities:

•Verify customer's requirements and ensure that all the customer requests relating to the order are actioned.

•Seek and obtain any necessary information from the customer and verify at the earliest possible stage that both the order (in terms of product specification, allocation, pricing and load configuration) and the arrangements for delivery of goods meet the customer needs in all respects

•Process order and if product is not in stock liaise with Planning to establish precise availability date

•Develop high quality and effective working relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders related and provide information relating to orders, shipments, products, pricing and documentation

•Ensure compliance with international and customs and excise regulations

•Prepare submissions to HMRC as required

•Prepare documentation and certification required for product registrations

•Assist in the execution and reconciliation of inventory counts and related HMRC reporting

•Prepare and circulate team and departmental reports as required

•Maintain order and customer files in good order and complete as per departmental procedures
