Due to an exciting period of on-going company growth we are currently hiring for a Customer Service Administrator to start immediately. This is a fast paced professional office environment, based in Wardpark, Cumbernauld (Due to the location this role would best suit a driver).

Office based Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm

The main function of this role is to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a professional manner within a fast paced customer service focused environment. Able to spot cross-selling opportunities and ensure company policies and practices are followed and delivered consistently. Deal with all customer issues/ queries/ requests for product and service information promptly, efficiently and courteously, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required. Full training provided.

Resolve customer concerns and complaints positively and to the satisfaction of the customer where possible. Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly Regional Account Managers, Operations, Stock Control and Credit Control to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved.

Job Description:

* To take ownership of clients queries – end to end

* To ensure the accurate input of data and the completion of all relevant fields throughout each call.

* Provide the best possible customer service at all times

* Ensure jobs are accepted and an appropriate action are provided in a timely manner, which will help in the management of the response SLA’s

* To manage after call activities to effectively manage workload and service levels

* Effective written and verbal communication of all relevant information pertinent to the role
