Responsibilities within your new role
As the new Customer Service Administrator, you will provide unrivalled customer service to all patrons that visit or contact the store, while displaying the company values. Managing customer enquiries effectively within a time-sensitive manner via phone, email and face-to-face, while maintaining the internal systems and updating them as appropriate will be a key task in your role. Along with this, you will work closely with other departments to ensure customer service levels are being met throughout the organisation, as well as bringing new continuous improvement ideas to the table.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are eager to speak to individuals with proven experience working in a customer-focused environment. You will have strong communication and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to foster strong relationships and contribute to a positive working environment. You will have a proactive attitude towards the role, with the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
