Mortgage Customer Service Administrator

We are working alongside one of our prestigious banking clients to work within the Mortgages department.

We are looking for candidates with either, Customer Service experience, admin, business or all of the above to join us!

Hours – 35 hours per week between 8am – 8pm Monday to Saturday (5 out of 6 days)
Location – Pentland House, Edinburgh
Salary – £10.63 per hour
Contract Length – 12 months (Permanent opportunity)
Training period – 4 weeks PAID
Start Date – January

Role;
Manage inbound customer queries relating to their accounts and products
Complete telephony, digital and admin-based tasks to service customer queries
Take ownership of customer problems, solving them at first point of contact and escalate when required
Collaborate within the team to clarify facts, exchange information, or resolve enquiries and issues
Carry out a range of processing tasks and handling of customer calls ensuring relevant productivity and quality measures are achieved for Lloyds Banking Group customers
