Customer Service Advisor's Needed in Central Glasgow!

Start ASAP!

Salary= £19,800 + a £4,800 a year bonus

Full Time hours- Temp to Perm role after 12 weeks

(No Weekends)

Our client is now looking to expand their team even further with a Customer Service Advisor who can provide an exceptional customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

Handling inbound communication in a professional and friendly manner
Understanding the customer's needs, providing an appropriate solution
Showing empathy of any issues
Ensure internal database is up to date, confirming all personal details with each customer account
Effectively manage and complete daily ad-hoc admin tasks Skills Required:

Experience within customer service
Great written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well within in a team as well as independently
Strong listening and organisational skills
Proficient use of MS Office packages
