Pertemps are working with a high-profile, well-known client who are looking for Administration/Customer Service assistants to join them on a 3-month temporary basis. This role will be full time, 9-5, Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend work. The salary for this role is £20k per annum. This role will be essential for the day to day running of the hospitality department and will suit a proactive and organised individual. Free parking available on site and easy to access via public transport.

Role Requirements

Supporting the department in the sales through telephone, email, live chat or face-to-face sales
Processing credit card and bank payments.
Contacting clients to ensure payments are made within the relevant timescales.
Dealing with client payment queries.
Take responsibility for your working week, planning in advance, including a weekly report to your line manager each Friday with a status update on all tasks.
Supporting the Customer Service department with administration duties as required
Supporting the department with account management of clients, as directed by the Hospitality Manager
Assisting the Customer Service Manager with the delivery of operations
Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant business functions
Responsible for ensuring client data & event data is regularly reviewed and updated with applicable changes 
Candidate Requirements
 
Education and Qualifications:

Graduate Calibre or equivalent proven experience working within a similar role.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Previous experience in processing payments and dealing with client payment queries.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to manage time effectively and efficiently to achieve all aspects of role is a must.
Good team player who is able to mentor and inspire their fellow colleagues, as well as an ability to work on own initiative.
