Manpower are recruiting for a Customer Service representative to work for one of our well known clients based in the south side of Glasgow.
The purpose of this role is to coordinate the internal sales activity including Order to Cash Management, Credit Control & Customer Complaints. You will be working within a small well established team.
Duties will include:
Processing Payments from Customers – ensuring any payment information from customers are sent to our financial partner.
Responsibility for order processing, shipping, invoicing, statements, returns / collections, claims and credits.
Dealing with invoice queries to ensure quick resolution.
Contacting customers and sales managers regarding pending and overdue accounts to ensure credit terms are managed effectively.
Handling Customer Complaints – in conjunction with sales managers ensuring that complaint's are handled appropriately
Co-ordinate customer information requests and support sales managers with administration support.
General office administration.This is a temp to perm opportunity. £11.50 per Hour PAYE – Monday – Friday.
Ideally we are looking for someone with customer service and admin experience but most importantly you must have a can do attitude and be willing to learn as you work. Full training will be provided.
