Inbound Customer Service representative needed for highly rewarding role with our long standing and on-going client based in the city centre of Glasgow.
As a Customer Service representative, you will be fielding calls from customers who need your help and support in the completion and submission of grant applications to help them throughout their ongoing medical treatment and care.
With an empathetic approach and a willingness to listen, help and support, you will genuinely be making a positive difference to your customers lives.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Generate, process and review grant applications
Follow standard operating procedures for grants processing
Make appropriate decisions against grant criteria
Working with wider Money and work team to effectively support people living with illness
Support with Administrative duties connected to the role
Follow escalation process to minimise risk of fraud
Adhering to GDPR regulations
Use of Microsoft system and internal systems
Ability to communicate with professionals, Money and work teams and management teams.Working 34.5 hours per week on-site in Glasgow city centre with some remote working as an option, you will receive an hourly pay rate of £11.70 per hour for these temporary roles.
