Customer Services / Data Entry / Administrator

Are you a Customer Services Professional / Data Entry Clerk / Administrator looking for your next move? Huntress have been appointed to source professional candidates who have experience in the fields above and or are looking to get those fields.

Key Information:

* Title – Corporate Administrator/ Admin Assistant
* Location – Glasgow – Hybrid
* Duration – 6 months – extension very likely
* Salary – £12.37 per hour
* Hours – 40 per week
* ASAP Start

Speaking with business customers
Data Processing – imputing data and updating spreadsheets with business customer details and meter readings.
Will be working with external agents and businesses regarding settlements and collecting data
Must be confident to make outgoing calls as and when needed to gather information
Split of customer services (business customers) and data processing/Administration position. Industry knowledge would be a bonus but not essential.The Ideal Candidate:

Financial Background preferred but not essential
Responding to enquiries
Logging information and updating databases
Looking at customers Financial's
Admin Support for the team
Credit Vetting Customers
Will need to have customer Service Experience
Have excellent IT Skills – especially Excel
Are process driven and can work in a targeted / regulated environment
Can manage their own workload and work well on their own initiative
Very confident with a professional and engaging telephone manner
Self-sufficient with an excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy
Proactive, motivated, and committed to helping the business reach the targets set down by the regulators

Looking for people with excellent IT skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, work on own initiative, manage own workload.
