Salary: Circa £28k to £32k + Pension, Private Healthcare, and Extensive Benefits
Location: Lanarkshire
About the Role
We are looking for a talented Document Controller, to work with our high-profile client based in Lanarkshire. As Document Controller, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support, set up, manage and maintain project and framework control systems in line with company and customer project requirements. In this role, you will also be expected to coordinate all activities related to Performance Indicators, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.

About the Person
To succeed in this Document Controller role, it is likely that you will be educated to NVQ level or have and equivalent level of experience in a similar work environment within the Construction or Infrastructure sector. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in setting up and using electronic document management systems and have an ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports. As you can imagine your attention to detail and organisation skills will shine through in this position.
Key Responsibilities
* Completion of all general framework administration processes and related tasks
* Assist Framework & Relationship Manager in carrying out their day-to-day responsibilities
* Assist all monthly Project Tracker and fee management reporting
* Update all metrics to relevant portals and maintain suitable records
* Assist with the development of Framework Management Plans
The salary for this Document Controller position will be circa £28k to £32k and Car Allowance, but could be negotiable for the right candidate.
