Job Role: Electrician for Social Housing

Pay Rate: £22- £25 P/H

Location: Cardiff

Duration: Ongoing with opportunity to go permanent based on performance

Job Description:

Skilled Electrician required for a local housing association within their service delivery team tasked with commercial and domestic maintenance and installations, this includes extensive test and inspection work around the Cardiff area.

Role:

– To conduct extensive test and inspection work on commercial and domestic property's.

– Responsible for the control and maintenance of electrical, mechanical and electric heating systems whilst working in accordance to all health and safety procedures.

– You will provide excellent customer service, with a focus on first time resolution.

– Ability to assess duration needed to carry out works needed.

Requirements for the Property Maintenance Role:

Ability to complete required works as above
An 18th Edition qualification or equivalent NVQ 3
Domestic periodic inspection and testing work experience
Thorough knowledge and understanding of regulatory and technical legislation and best practice
Driving Licence
C&G Electrical Qualifications 2391(desirable) or 2394/5
Basic Own tools preferred, additional tools can be provided where appropriateBenefits of the Property Maintenance Role:
