Being the first point of contact for the customers, letting them know key information, managing their expectations and ensuring that all the samples and any information required are sent out to the customers. Ideally with previous experience of supporting a sales/customer facing team and thrive in a role that is all about creating an exceptional customer experience. The opportunities to progress within this expanding business is realistic, expected and very exciting. Full support to your professional development is given and as the business itself is rapidly expanding, there will be many opportunities for the right candidate. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
