Our client based in Aberdeen are looking to recruit a Private Sector Housing Liaison Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.
 
In this role you will be responsible for the management of the customer platform, consolidated customer functions and has the duty of dealing with the first point of enquiry, assessment, managing demand and interfacing with operations.
 
Duties include but are not limited to:
·Effectively lead, manage, and contribute to the customer service delivery of our joint property owners including carrying out full consultations for mixed tenure properties.
·To provide information, advice and assistance to internal staff and external customers with regards to ownership issues, invoicing, finance options and ownership disputes involving referencing of Title Deeds.
·Provide information for raising invoices, credit notes and advise the accounts team of any disputes which affect accounts for maintenance contracts.  Applying Missing Shares and registering/discharging Notices of Potential Liabilities
·Develop and embed a customer service culture within the delivery team
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with strong communication skills with the ability to confidently hold owner meeting and proven experience of working with private owners and property maintenance.
 
If you can communicate with accuracy, clarity and with impact, both verbally and in writing then we want to hear from you. In addition, if you can demonstrate an understanding of The Tenements (Scotland) Act 2004, sections regarding The Tenement Management Scheme and Missing Share information then this is advantageous.
