HR & Payroll Administrator
£21-24k annual salary
Based in Kirkcaldy, Fife

Search consultancy are currently working exclusively with a exciting business based in Kirkcaldy to recruit a HR & Payroll Administrator on a full-time basis. This will be a varied position working within a small HR team, and will be well-suited to an experienced HR Administrator.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Being the first point of contact for HR and Payroll queries from employees and managers
* Investigating and escalating payroll queries
* Preparation of HR correspondence
* Administrative tasks including processing of mail, photocopying, scanning and data management
* Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding

* Strong prior experience as an Administrator and basic knowledge of HR practices this is essential
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Strong computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office suite
* A positive work ethic and the ability to work well in a team
