Our client is looking for an HR Assistant – temp!
A leading organisation
Act as point of contact for HR enquiries from internal and external customers..
Undertake HR administrative activities in all aspects of the HR service to support compliance with legislation, policies and procedures.
Maintain and update all related HR documentation, systems and guidance, ensuring all customers have access to accurate information.
Provide statistics and reports as required, including any statutory returns, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure the smooth running of People processes.
Participate as required in activities and projects within HR or as an HR representative, assisting in the preparation of relevant information and the progressing of follow-up action.Profile
