Qualified Senior Investment Consultant
£80,000< salary DOE
Responsible for consulting and creating effective strategies for established clients pension schemes in conjunction with discipline and research. Assists in leadership and management of the investment team.
Main Responsibilities
Create innovate and smart investment solutions for clients pension schemes finding a balance between risk as well as pricing. This includes being able to speak to clients and presenting solutions clearly and correctly.
Face to face consulting with clients
Data analysis performing complicated calculations to discover the extent to which schemes are providing benefit as well as highlighting important sections to explain to clients to aid decisions
Client management, strong relationships maintained between clients and yourself
Supporting the junior consultants and ensuring they are abiding to The Pension Act 2004, as well as training them should they be a bit slow to start
Manage the implementation of the new schemes as well as managing the strategies to ensure that the strategy is successful and profitable
Requirements and Qualifications
The perfect candidate should be qualified in either
Actuary, APMI, CFA/IMC/Diploma in Financial Planning
Essential experience in consulting face to face
Essential understanding of investments, Ideally but not essential experience in DC and DB pensions
