Main ResponsibilitiesWhat will I be responsible for?

The leadership of the maintenance team of Fitters, On Site Fabrication shop and electrical departments at Tarmac Tata Steel Works, Port Talbot.

The Ideal CandidateWhat are we looking for?

– A Safe, motivated, multi skilled individual who as the ability to lead a very efficient maintenance team in a 24/7/365 day environment. 
– Can operate under pressure, and drive best practice at all times through mentoring and coaching.
– To manage contractors effectively.
– To manage PPM to ensure plant reliability is above 97% at all times.   
– To be able to ensure maximum effectiveness of all staff throughout all shifts, through managing ROTA's effectively. 
– Effectively plan maintenance stops detailing required preventative maintenance through ongoing monitoring of inspection systems. 
– Lead Maintenance Meetings. 
– Support Works Section Leader when required.
