Hoop Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Cardiff Office.

And we’re looking for a talented, creative Marketing professional to join us on our mission to change the way recruitment is done. 

As Marketing Manager, you will be integral to the long-term success of the company, elevating our internal brands and divisions, and helping to place Hoop firmly on the national recruitment stage.

What You’ll Do:

Work in partnership with various senior managers to create on-brand immediate and long-term campaigns to deliver on crucial business objectives, including candidate attraction, and business development.

Design and create compelling, visually appealing content, primarily through the use of Canva and Adobe programs.

Write copy that is mindful of tone and audiences for social media, blogs, newsletter and other marketing materials.

Execute social media marketing plans, driving engagement and visibility through both organic and paid methods, primarily Linked In.

Closely tracking all campaigns, delivering thorough ROI reports, and using data and analytics to optimise campaign performance throughout the full lifecycle of each project.

Identify additional cost-effective marketing opportunities and avenues, staying up to date with wider marketing trends.

What You’ll Need:

3 – 5 years of marketing experience, with the relevant digital marketing skills. 

Strong content creations skills; full confidence in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Excellent stakeholder management skills; the ability to liaise with senior managers to understand their requirements, and translate their vision into effective marketing plans.

Experience in PPC, SEO, and Social Marketing.

Experience in campaign ideation, optimisation and management.
