Multitask Personnel are working with a leading utilities company who install, own and manage utility metering assets and provide energy management solutions throughout the UK. Based in Cardiff, their mission is to deliver the future of smart energy – working closely with private and public sectors to achieve the UK’s net-zero carbon target by 2050.

We are assisting them with the recruitment of Metering Schedulers within the I&C department.

Duties include:

Deal with both inbound and outbound customer appointment calls in accordance with supplier booking guidelines

Schedule work for Field Engineers to ensure working day is efficient as possible

Arrange access as appropriate (primarily over the telephone) to ensure engineer can complete scheduled jobs

Ensure that all jobs are claimed by the morning after job completion

Identify any issues and raise to Metering Delivery Manager

Provide support to all Field Engineers and sub-contractors

Maintain work management database and any other relevant systems

Ensure industry flows are sent where necessary

Liaise with other departments to ensure optimum service delivery

Handling of ad-hoc queries from engineers, customers, Suppliers, and other teams

Self-disciplined individual that assumes responsibility for complex workloads to generate the right outcome.

In return:

Monday – Friday, currently hybrid working, 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home

£10.50ph which is paid weekly
