Job Title: Part Time Contract Support – *Fixed Term for 12 months*

Location: Ellesmere Port – CH4

Salary: Up to £25,000 pro rata

Role Type: Hybrid – Part Time – 3 days a week

Holidays: 25 + 8 Bank Holidays

You will be working for one of the largest Facilities Maintenance Companies in the World. They are a well-known global company who specialise in the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Government, Healthcare and Educational sectors.

They are looking to recruit a Contract Support based at a prestigious site in Ellesmere Port

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious with the drive to progress within the company!

Role Overview:

Manage Helpdesk System using in house systems, including reporting
Maintain PPM records using in house systems, including reporting.
Provide accurate updated information to clients.
Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using company systems e.g. Logbooks, Hazard Reports, training, competency records, eLogbooks, PPE, toolbox talks.
Review Subcontractor performance and feedback through appropriate systems
Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations.
Attend and actively participate in monthly Contract Review meetings
Plan and arrange call outs, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
Create monthly Customer Report with Contract Manager
Create/raise Extra Works jobs.
Create accurate POs in a timely manner.
Regularly review and process supplier invoices.
Raise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin
Experience / Qualifications:-

**Experience in the use of Excel is essential – Such as formulas and Pivot Tables**
Experience in CAFM systems is desirable
Customer service experience
Use of MS Office
The Offer:

Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Up to £25,000 – Dependent on experience
