Year 4 Teacher – Great Barr

Are you a teacher looking for a new challenge in a Primary School teaching a Year 4 class?

I am currently recruiting for a teacher who holds a QTS, and this role will have you teaching a Year 4 Primary School class in Great Barr. This will be a long-term position from September and it will be 5 days a week.

Aspire people have worked with this school for a while and feedback is always positive from those we have placed in the school.

As an agency employed Teacher, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent member of staff so the following is expected:

Strong knowledge of the curriculum.
UK QTS (ECT / NQTs are allowed but no induction.)
Experience within a Primary School (6+ months.)
Regular assessments of pupils.
Able to engage in learning activities.
Confident with personal care.

Our Black country team will be available 24/7 for you should you need support with anything.
The proportion of pupils reaching the expected standards are above average at both the end of KS1 and KS2 and the staff team are welcoming and friendly. Our focus is on promoting positive behaviour and school experience and giving all the children the opportunities, they deserve.
