ID Systems are an established industry leader providing single sourced solutions within the field of MEICAT Engineering. Our areas of expertise include hazardous areas, PLC/SCADA, telemetry integration, electrical engineering design, installation, project management and preventive maintenance. Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit a procurement administrator  to join our rapidly growing teams in our Cumbernauld & Edinburgh offices.

 ID Systems Uk Ltd  are looking to add a Procurement Administrator to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company who are already well established and highly reputable. WE will consider a 4-day working week after the initial probation period. We  have offices in Cumbernauld, Edinburgh, Preston and Inverness with extremely flexible working arrangements (office/home based).
The Purchasing Administrator will have responsibility for the procurement of all orders across all business units.
The successful candidate must be a confident communicator, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will need to work collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
The candidate should have an interest in developing in a Finance role and use their own initiative to make the role their own.
 Reception Duties 

Dealing with travel and accommodation requests 
Process purchase requisitions for approved suppliers as directed by Procurement Manager
Liaise with Group Procurement on ordering queries
Process new supplier requests in line with Group Policy
Goods receiving of site delivery orders
Work closely with Suppliers on ordering queries
Create Projects, Contracts and Tasks in Oracle and maintain concise filing of paperwork
Manage the Orders Inbox
Manage the Accounts Inbox
Provide support to Finance colleagues during busy periods and holiday coverSKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Takes action and delivers to timescales in a fast paced environment
Effective communicator, able to deal comfortably with colleagues across different disciplines, both inside and outside the business
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient use of MS Office in particular MS Excel
