Project Surveyor

We are recruiting for a Project Surveyor on an interim basis to oversee the management of major works and refurbishment projects.

Duties will include;

-Undertaking surveys of projects to be undertaken

-Writing detailed specifications for works to be completed

-Appointment of contractors undertaking the works

-Management of work on site from inception through to completion

-Management of H&S on site to ensure works are carried out in accordance with regulations

-Ensuring works are delivered to agreed quality standards and within budget.

Candidates should have experience of working as a Surveyor, management of contractors to deliver works, be able to write specifications. Hybrid working between home, site and office for meetings.
