Randstad C&P are working with a valued Client who are looking for a Property Management Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Property Management and Service Charge preparation as well as monitoring through to proprietors/ tenant communication, annual reporting and AGM attendance.

Your main tasks will include:

Service Charge Budget Preparations/Monitoring Reconciliation
Communicating with Proprietors and attend meetings
Preparing annual reports
Tendering of Contracts
Drafting and updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures
Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems
Site level collation of tenant monthly billing information
Overseeing contractors and inspecting and sign off of completed works
Evaluating employee performance and providing direction, correction, or additional training
Scheduling contractors and supervising
Resolving complaints, problems, requests from building tenants and proprietors
CAFM Reconciliation for FM operationsKnowledge & Experience:

To assist in the provision of a full property maintenance service, including contract procurement, cost/budget control and in ensuring that the Estates Section of the Department implements and manages a full Health & Safety regime, for all properties for which it has a responsibility.
You will be able to think clearly and logically and have a positive attitude to participate team work.
You will have analytic/interpretative skills and problem solving approach.Interviews are being held immediately.
