Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Consultancy
Key responsibilities will include:
Weekly and monthly valuation of works done, per site team / Subcontractor including site measures and compilation of site records. Preparing and submitting monthly applications for payment to the Employer
Subcontract administration including subcontract formulation, valuation of weekly/monthly subcontractor applications for payment and invoices
Monthly Cost Value Reconciliation, including cost and subcontractor accruals, value of work done and WIP.
Proactive identification and notification of early warnings and compensation events, including quoting and agreeing as required.
Proactive contract administration including updating of EWN, CE registers and systems in compliance with the Contract. Previous CEMAR administration experience an advantage.
Experience with administering NEC 3/4 contracts, Option A and B would be preferable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability present clearly and concisely
Excellent time management, organisation skills and able to work to deadlines
Confident IT skills – Advanced use of MS Office, in particular MS Excel
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in a Utilities/Construction environment desirable
Educated to degree level or equivalent desirable
