We are searching for a Sales Administrator for our client based in East Kilbride. This is a permanent role based within the office, the hours of work are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm with a 3.30pm finish each Friday. Working as a Sales Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of approximately (Apply online only) customer accounts.
The Role – Sales Administrator
Liaise with customers over the telephone
Building key relationships with customers ensuring orders are shipped on time
Process orders onto system
Maintain customer orders ensuring lead times and stock availability are accurate
Dealing with queries and complaints
Updating and advising customers on orders and any short deliveries
Liaise with planning and logistics ensuring orders are shipped on time and to target deadlines
Support the Sales Manager ensuring high value accounts and running smoothly
Liaise with customer on any new product developments
Update CRM with stock availability and lead times
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience working within a similar role, be confident dealing with customers over the telephone and email, be able to work as part of a successful team or work on your own incentive, have excellent organisational skills, excellent time management skills and have the ability to prioritise workload.
