Our client who is based within the Public Sector, have a temporary role for a Senior Administrator. Based in Glasgow City Centre, attracting a pay rate of £12.87 per hour. The hours per week are 35 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, this role will be for approx. 3 months.
Schedule ad-hoc meetings as required and advised by the Executive Assistant.
Support the Executive Assistant with meeting and event preparations as required.
Use University purchasing card to book travel and accommodation as required and advised by the Executive Assistant.
Place purchase orders for goods and services as required and advised by the Executive Assistant.
Support the delivery and preparation of meetings by booking meeting rooms, catering and collating attendance lists.
Use University purchasing card to register for events and conferences as required and advised by the Executive Assistant.
High level of IT skills including Microsoft office applications, outlook, PowerPoint and excel.
Excellent written and communication skills
Experience in organization and delivery of meetings, conferences, and events
Experience in organizing complex travel (both national and international)
