Senior Aftersales Advisor / Customer Relations Officer – The Role:

Due to continued business growth and success, we are looking for a very talented and enthusiastic Senior Servicer Advisor / Customer Relations Officer to support the Aftersales Manager and wider team to achieve all core KPI’s and maintain a great customer experience.
Your main focus will be to support the Aftersales Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the busy Aftersales Department and will also take the responsibility of all customer relations on site including, investigating, resolving and recording any complaints.
In addition to this you will;
* Work closely with the Aftersales Manager and wider Aftersales team to maintain all customer satisfaction KPI’s and develop an excellent customer focused experience.
* Assist and ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Aftersales Department, controlling resources to achieve budget requirements and enhanced customer satisfaction.
* Maximise Departmental profitability through the sale of labour, parts and materials to franchise and non-franchise customers.
* Deal and respond to any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally with the ability to communicate by phone, letter and email.
* Record and keep records of all formal customer complaints
* Monitor Customer Satisfaction KPIs and make improvements where required
* Support the wider management to hit key objectives with the willingness to continue learning new roles and key functions as they emerge
Senior Aftersales Advisor / Customer Relations Officer – What we need from you:
The ideal candidate will be well organised, with excellent people skills and good written, oral communication and IT capabilities and have the ability to work with all members of the site including senior managers and franchise partners.
The ideal candidate will be supported to grow with their career development and can call on experienced colleagues and our wider franchises where needed.
You should be able to demonstrate your understanding of all aspects of an Aftersales Department and previous experience working within a Franchised Dealership is beneficial but not essential if you can demonstrate previous experience in similar roles.
It would be great if you had experience in the following: Service Managers, Service Advisors, Parts Managers, Parts Advisors, Workshop Controllers, Service Team Leader, Aftersales Team Leader, Warranty Manager, Warranty Controller, Warranty Officer, Dealership
