Service Desk Analyst – £22K – £30K – Office based

Our client is a global technology powerhouse for the energy industry, with a focus on oil and gas, renewables, and ocean industries.

The role:

As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries helping solve the customers problems as efficiently as possible. Whilst working with a wide variety of technologies you’ll have plenty of space to learn and grow your skills in a supportive team.

You’ll need:

· Some experience in a support environment

· A passion for working in technology

· Curiosity and problem-solving skills

· The ability to communicate with lots of different customers

· To be a team player

The Tech

Ideally you’ll have some understanding of: Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, Hybrid Cloud, Office 365, Cloud services, Windows server, Windows 10/11, Secret server, Citrix, RDS, Exchange, TCP / IP, WIFI / WLAN and Active Directory

You don’t need to be an expert, if you’re willing to learn you’ll get the support you need.
