Spa Receptionist & Coordinator

40 hours per week | 5 shifts per week across 7 days including weekends | hours will be between 8:00am & 9:00pm
Pay rate £10.00 per hour + excellent commission on upselling
Temp role with the intention to be made permanent

Search Consultancy are currently working on an exclusive basis with one of the UK's leading Spa/Beauty organisations to recruit these roles. There are three roles available, working in locations across Central Edinburgh.

The purpose of this role will be to provide a comprehensive front-desk reception service for your location as well as contributing to the customer contact & bookings service for the company's locations across the UK.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Dealing with customer enquiries on-site at your location
* Handling incoming calls, dealing with general enquiries
* Processing bookings for up to 20 locations on the central computer system
* Dealing with email & online orders, ensuring they are processed correctly
* Creating & distributing gift cards
* Processing payments
* Upselling treatments & products
* Various other ad hoc reception & admin duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience within a Reception, Customer Service or face to face Retail position – this experience is essential
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal as there will be consistent contact with the public/customers
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively
* An interest in the beauty industry would be preferred, but this is not essential
