Technical Support Analyst (24 – 36k) Edinburgh hybrid

My client who are a well established managed service provider are now looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join their busy, highly professional team. The candidate will need to be based in Edinburgh you will be required to go in the office once a fortnight.

Role and Responsibilities

Resolving technical support issues remotely and at client site (must have driving license).
IT Support/Infrastructure/Network support within a customer focus / software environment.
Strong dedication to customer care, with ability to understand customer technical needs.
Handling support queries, phone, and email.
Support ticket management and prioritisation according to SLAs and KPIs.
Project managing new hardware installations.
Working with third parties to resolve customer issues.
Account management – managing customer relationships including regular onsite meetings.

The main requirements of this role are –

A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT service management.
A valid UK driving licence to attend Client offices.


Windows Server Administration
Microsoft 365/Teams/SharePoint
Network – Security, VPN, Switching/Routing, Firewalls, WIFI.
Virtualisation (Hyper-V)
AV/Firewall Rules and Policies
