Currently working with a fast growing ticketing company who provide outstanding services to thousands of people across the UK.
They are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer to join their team on a permanent basis, this is a hybrid working model with 2 days office based in Edinburgh and the remaining WFH – they are offering up to £40,000 p/a for the suitable candidate.
My client has been functioning for just under 10 years and has been working on building/maintaining a ticketing platform that provides online payments and ticket management tools to their customers.
Designing new interfaces and updating current/old interfaces using components from the design system
Identifying & understanding issues with current user experience
Scoping tasks to improve current UI/UX
Work alongside the development team to scope supporting work
Conduct user research
Work within Gitlab to manage issues, tasks and merge requests
Speaking with stakeholders to define the scope of a projectSkills Required:
Strong communication skills
Must be a self-starter, able to motivate and manage themselves effectively.
Strong desire to build something and to work in an innovative, dynamic and fast paced company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in designing User Experiences for the web
Experience with Figma and design systems
Ideally you will have experience working in a development team
